All treatments and spa packages require full payment at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to a 48 hours cancellation policy. Failure to contact us to cancel will incur a 100% charge of the booking.

Please note that all guests must be over 16 years of age, and if under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Please note all treatments are subject to therapist’s availability. All treatment times include consultation and aftercare advice. Each spa has different facilities, please ask each site for more information. If you or any of your party have any medical conditions that may affect your spa treatments, you will need to make us aware of this prior to your arrival to avoid disappointment on the day.
